You retain all rights to the emojis you create using Gmoji. However, by using our service, you grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service to you.

4. AI-Generated Content

Gmoji uses artificial intelligence to generate emojis. While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee that all generated content will meet your expectations. You are responsible for reviewing and using the generated emojis appropriately.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Gmoji to create content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Harassing or discriminatory
• Spam or misleading

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Gmoji immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.
